Ingredients:
Olive oil 1/2 Cup
Chapped Garlic 1 tablespoon
Nicesaffron Turmeric
Nicesaffron Black Pepper
Nicesaffron Cumin
Salt 1 tablespoon
4 Chicken thighs
Chopped 1 Onion
Oli
Water 2 cups
Liquid Nicesaffron 1/4 cup
Add cut lemon
Recipe:
Mix chicken thighs with Olive oil, Salt, Black Pepper, Turmeric, Chopped Garlic & Cumin, let rest for 30 minutes.
Fry Chopped Onion with Chicken thighs.
Add water to the Chickens
Add Liquid Nicesaffron and add cut lemons
Cook for 30 minutes with medium heat.
