Ingredients:
Fresh Sea bass fish 200 grams
Sprinkle of Nicesaffron Threads
Olive oil
1 Bell pepper
Black Pepper 1 teaspoon
Sugar 1 teaspoon
Red Wine vinegar 3 tablespoons
Pinch of Dry Basil
Recipe:
Marinate fish with treads saffron and olive oil, leave it in refrigerator to marinate.
Caramelize the bell pepper with sugar, black pepper & red wine vinegar.
Fry the marinated fish .
