Spaghetti and meatballs Recipe with Bay Leaves , Garlic Powder , Crushed Red Pepper


Ground Beef. 250 grams
Bread crumbs. 2 tablespoons
Garlic powder. 1 teaspoon
Crushed red pepper. 1 teaspoon
Parsley. 2 tablespoons
Salt 1 teaspoon
2 eggs
Olive oil
1 Chopped Onion
Tomato paste. 3 tablespoons
Bay Leaves. 2 leafs
Cooked Spaghetti


1- Combine Ground Beef, Bread crumbs, Garlic powder, Crushed Red Pepper, Parsley, Salt and eggs and Mix until just combined then form into 20 balls.
2- In a large pan over medium heat, heat oil. Add meatballs and fry them, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides, about 10 minutes. Transfer meatballs to a plate.
3- Add onion to pan and cook until soft, 5 minutes. Add Tomato paste and bay leaves, bring to a simmer. Return meatballs to pot and cover. Simmer until sauce has thickened, 8 to 10 minutes.
4- Add pasta to the pan and mix with meatballs.
