This tea originally com from Middle East ,also known as spice tea and the best of the
Masala chi is black tea. The most strong ,rich and dark black tea will work well in
Masala Chai-robust enough to hold up to all the flavorful spices. The Chai would be
delicious with cookies. Here is the recipe of this incredible tea.
Black pepper 1 teaspoon
Ground Cloves 1 teaspoon
A piece of Cinnamon Stick
Fennel Seed 1 teaspoon
Cardamom 4 whole
Ginger 1 teaspoon
One glass of Milk
Honey 1 tablespoon
Black tea 1 teaspoon
Mix Black Pepper, Ground Cloves, Cinnamon stick, Fennel seed, Cardamom &
Ground Ginger with hot water and add black tea, let boil for 5 minutes.
Boil a glass of milk.
Add milk to tea pot and boil for 3 minutes.
